Bill Whitehurst is a business broker of the well-known Whitehurst Mergers & Acquisitions business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in TX and nearest regions. The Whitehurst Advantage William “Bill” Whitehurst has over 40 years experience in business ownership with a focus in management, sales, and business acquisitions. As a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Bill is active in the business brokerage industry as a member of the Business Broker Network, Texas Association of Business Brokers, and The International Business Brokerage Association. Bill’s entrepreneurial experience has enabled him to bring both insight and understanding to his clients. Since 1996, Bill has been active in the Merger & Acquisition and Business Brokerage Industry. He has personally brokered over one hundred transactions and has also supervised and trained other intermediaries. As a writer, Bill has co-authored two books: “EXIT: A Business Owner’s Guide to Selling a Company” and “ENTRANCE: A Buyer’s Guide to Purchasing a Business.” In addition, he has lectured at dozens of association meetings on various topics involving the M&A Industry. Bill holds a BBA degree in management from Texas A&M University and holds a MBA degree from Central Missouri State University. He completed a tour of duty in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era, achieving the rank of Captain.
