Dave Karnofel is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. Mr. Karnofel has been involved directly in various corporate mergers and acquisitions since the early 1980’s, and acted in an advisory capacity since 1999. Prior to his career in mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Karnofel owned and operated six businesses ranging from an accounting practice to a sports and entertainment company. He has been a CFO for a large multinational corporation as well as a CEO for a company with locations across the US. His 38 years of experience allows him to understand the “bigger picture” as well as the finer details of an entrepreneur’s business. Mr. Karnofel was trained as a CPA, and has spent years in sales, operations and executive management. This rare combination provides him a unique insight into the operation of a business from a financial perspective. Mr. Karnofel is a member of the AICPA as well as FINRA. He holds Series 7, 63, 79, 99 and 24 securities licenses.
