Curt Green is a business broker of the well-known Curt Green & Company business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in TX and nearest regions. Curt Green is a life-long resident of Texarkana, Arkansas. Curt attended Texarkana Community College and then went on to receive his BBA Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Curt's real estate experience started in 1973 in residential sales and in 1980 Curt went full time into commercial real estate sales, development and construction. Curt is the owner of Curt Green & Company, LLC, a Commercial Real Estate Company. He is a partner in Max Alley Real Estate Services, a company that represents a most effective combination of talent engaging in development, construction, and investment, of commercial real estate in nine (9) states. Max Alley Real Estate Services coordinates several development and investment companies, and Max Alley Construction Services, LLC, a fast-track Design/Build Construction Company. His total real estate experience includes over 500 Transactions and 200+ construction projects. Curt presently serves as the Chairman of the I-49 Coalition representing Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Curt is also a member of Arkansas Good Roads Committee, representing Southwest Arkansas. Spending time in Little Rock, Arkansas and Washington D.C. lobbying for the rights of independent businesses is one of Curt's favorite activities. He has lobbied for the NFIB, US Chamber and the ICSC. Curt is the Past Arkansas/Oklahoma Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers, serving about 600 members representing retail tenants, developers and construction companies. Curt was the 2003-2005 Arkansas State Chairman for the National Federation of Independent Business, Civic organizations have been a very important part of Curt's activities. Curt is currently serving on the Wadley Foundation. He has served on the Board of Texarkana Historical Society and Museum, Kiwanis Club, Four States Fair Association, Texarkana Arkansas Board of Adjustment and the Business Organization for a New Downtown (B.O.N.D.). Curt also served as Chairman of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, president for Volunteer Services Bureau and the Texarkana Work Center. He is a 1980-1981 graduate of the Leadership Texarkana Program and is currently a Alumni Association member. Curt married Diane Bell from Foreman, Arkansas and has two adult Children, Whitney and Clay who have followed in his footsteps and are in the real estate business in Little Rock, and Curt has a beautiful two year old granddaughter, Greenlee, who is the apple of his eye.
