Chris Solimine is a business broker of the well-known Captex Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in TX and nearest regions. Im a born and raised Austinite, I have been a residential realtor for 14 years now specializing in buyers and sellers. I have always owned my own business since my college days, I started from scratch my own courier company back in 1991 and built it up and when i sold it in 1999 i had 5 employees and over 30 contract drivers, i also owned big bobtail trucks and rented a big warehouse space. My dad was a realtor for many years and after i sold my company i decided that real estate was going to be my next thing and ive enjoyed every minute of it and ive manage to thrive in a good economy and a not so good economy. I believe what sets me apart from other agents is i genuinely care about the people im helping buy or sell their house and i always put their needs above my own.
