Sergio has been licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2005. Since being licensed, he has worked for some of the top Real Estate Residential Franchise Firms in the Country, to include Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Re/Max. In 2009 he become a Member of the Graduate Realtor Institute and in 2011, he became a member of the industry coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and also became licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker. He is currently a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Texas Association of Realtors, Greater McAllen Board of Realtors, as well as the CCIM Institute. In 2014, he rebranded Adame Properties, Inc. to API Real Estate. Throughout his career, Sergio has been involved in multiple transactions delving in just about every part of the State and Type of real estate. From the sale of hundreds of pasteurized acres in north Hidalgo County, to water front lots in South Padre Island, to homes in the Woodlands in Houston, San Antonio, Alamo Heights, and ranchettes and homes in Cameron/Hidalgo County, as well as Land Development in the City of Mission, Construction of Shopping Centers, Four-Plexes and the acquisition of 1 of 5 Multi-Story Office Buildings in the Entire Rio Grande Valley, The Bank of America Tower in Down-Town Harlingen. He has also led many different types of lease negotiations with National Tenants like AT&T (Cel Towers), Manpower International (Lease Renewals), Bank of America (Sale Lease-Back) as well as many other local Restaurant and Retail Center leases.
