Jake Seipel is a business broker of the well-known Crye-Leike Commercial business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in TN and nearest regions. I have been working the real estate industry for 18 years, after I was honorably discharged from active duty in the US Army. I started in the construction field in 1998 where I built both residential and commercial projects, I then worked as a real estate appraiser where I appraised nearly 2500 properties in several different states from 2000-2010. When I moved to Nashville in 2008 I began working as an insurance valuation specialist where I looked at property owned by cities and towns and valued them for insurance replacement. I now as a work as a real estate agent and my first year in business I sold 5 Million in residential real estate, now I am fully vested in the commercial market and Business Brokerage. I know real estate and the Greater Nashville market and have the professional tools that make me one of the best real estate agents in the area. In my spare time I like to work in the music industry doing engineering and mixing at TML and Black Sheep studios, production work with several artists including (Motley Crue, Def Lepard, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, Super Bowl Gospel Music Celebration, Dolly Parton and many more). I have also been fortunate to work with many up and coming artists doing live FOH and monitor mixing. Beyond all the work I do, I am first a dedicated husband to my amazing wife and business partner and a father to our combined five children. When I go to work, I go to work for them, so I employ the ethics, professionalism and honesty that make me the best agent to work with!
