Brent Edgerton is a business broker of the well-known Kw Commercial business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in SC and nearest regions. Brent Edgerton spent over a decade in sales and sales management selling textile commodities and services throughout North America. His experience in selling in a challenging and declining textile market promoted an emphasis on customer service and a client first mentality as a means to differentiate himself and his employers from global competition. Brent co-founded New Way Properties, Inc. in December 2004 as its President and Broker-In- Charge. The concept for the firm was one born in the late 90's out of his frustration with the current landscape of Real Estate Sales and Marketing. As a real estate developer and investor, Brent became disillusioned with the lack of professionalism and overall expertise shown to him, his partners, and investors and decided that there had to be a better way. That way is to treat every transaction with the utmost care and diligence as if the property being bought or sold was owned by the agent themselves - whether it be a $60,000 first home or a multi-million dollar development. Our goal is for every associate to have complete buy-in to this principle, and therefore, the firm structures its recruiting and training practices around it...it is prevalent in all that we do. Brent holds a BA, Business Economics, from Wofford College (1992) and an MBA from Wake Forest University (2002). He is also a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 33.
