Stan Rubinstein is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with legal experience. Prior to joining Stony Hill, he had owned and operated many enterprises through the business life cycle in a variety of industries, including real estate, venture capital, wholesale business acquisitions, e commerce and retail. With over 35 years of experience, he has carved out a place at the cutting edge of business opportunity and growth, and is eager to share his experience with business entrepreneurs who have the desire to plan and control their own destiny. Stan has been active in the Philadelphia marketplace and the surrounding suburbs, with a specific concentration in Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. He has been involved in transactions which required extensive knowledge dealing with mergers, acquisitions, sales and financing of small and middle market companies. Stan has firsthand experience in the negotiation and structuring of an array of various business sales and purchases. He was a registered representative with the SEC, NASD and a Broker/Dealer offering private equity investments, working collaboratively with various companies in the area. As a consultant, he has developed investment strategies for companies and high net worth clients and has raised equity in excess of 20 million dollars managing the interests of the general partners in those deals. Stan is an attorney licensed in the State of Pennsylvania. He is a proud graduate of Delaware Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree. Prior to Law School, Stan graduated from Pennsylvania State University, cum laude, with a major in Economics.
