Mike Bankus is a business broker of the well-known Stony Hill Business Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in PA and nearest regions. I am here to take the burden and effort off your shoulders and help you buy or sell a business that meets your needs and goals. Mike has many years of business acquisitions experience. Mike is very client focused, having served many family and commercial business clients during his eleven year tenure with a major insurance company. At Stony Hill, Mike is active in the State of Delaware and Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Mike has advised several small publicly traded companies on their acquisitions. His experience in finance and merger and acquisitions experience with corporations in the retail, education, construction, insurance and banking industries will benefit his clients tremendously when selling their businesses. Mike comes from an extended family of entrepreneurs who have owned restaurants, salons, and law firms, which he has participated in. He also has run a computer repair business and a business valuation consulting firm. With a degree in Economics from Penn State and an MBA from Pittsburgh, Mike also holds the prestigious Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from NACVA.com (the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts), which certifies professionals o perform business valuations as a service to both the consulting community and the users of their services. Originally from Hershey, Mike has been in the Delaware Valley since 2001 and resides in West Chester. He enjoys travel, cross fit, is a two-time marathoner, a stock market enthusiast, and has been a long-term volunteer for the Front Row Foundation, a charity that benefits those living with critical or chronic health challenges.
