Kristi Lutes is a business broker of the well-known Stony Hill Business Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in PA and nearest regions. Kristi utilizes her experience with middle market mergers and acquisitions and individual strategic financial planning to help clients navigate through the process of selling their business. Kristi prides herself in the relationships she builds and manages with business owners and strives to truly make an impact in their lives with a client-first service mindset. Within Stony Hill, Kristi focuses on providing her expertise within her hometown community of the Lehigh Valley, PA. Kristi spent 8 years in middle market investment banking with a focus on advising companies through a sale process to strategic and financial acquirers. She spent much of this time in New York City where she advised on over 75 transactions in the education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, financial institution, and publishing industries. She has worked with organizations across the globe. Currently, through an affiliation with Stark Financial Group, Kristi also works with small business owners in a consulting capacity to help them remove inefficiencies throughout their operations, and ultimately develop a sound exit and retirement strategy that helps to accumulate wealth, minimize risk and protect assets. Kristi obtained her BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA degree with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado. Always active in her community, Kristi volunteers on committees for Economic Vitality within the Southside Arts District, for New Bethany Ministries, and for the American Cancer Society Lehigh Valley. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family and dog, Jersey. She enjoys anything in the outdoors including hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. Kristi loves to travel, take in new experiences and learn new cultures.
