Odi Business Brokerage is located in PA and offers the professional services that successfully bring buyers and sellers together. After years of both Buying and Selling our own Businesses, we understand the needs of both the Sellers and Buyers and know it can be a trying experience. We dedicate ourselves to both Sellers and Buyers to make the transition as easy as possible. For the Sellers, we will discuss your Business and the Price which are seeking; in addition we do all the Vetting and Market the Business discreetly so none of your employees are aware of a pending sale. We will not provide any information until an NDA is signed and to make certain the potential Buyers are financially able to move forward. From the Buyers side, we will discuss with them their needs, including assisting them with financing if needed, plus examine the Sellers Marketing to assist them to grow the business, including putting a Marketing Plan together for the Buyer to reach their goals.
