Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Larry was employed at an International Specialty Chemical manufacturer for 23 years. For 10 of those years he was based in Europe as Managing Director having responsibility for operations in Europe, the Near and Middle East and parts of Asia. Larry’s experience includes managing an international sales force, manufacturing and distribution operations and oversight of acquisitions.
