Diana Sullivan is a business broker of the well-known The Quy Group business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in OR and nearest regions. Her experience includes accounting and finance management for a Portland commercial printing company, and as Chief Financial Officer for an architectural services firm. She has established due diligence criteria for merger and acquisition targets and is a skilled negotiator with a strong credit, treasury management, and finance background. She is Past President of The Beaverton Arts Commission and volunteers with the Beaverton School District and is Treasurer of the Beaverton Arts Foundation. She is a graduate of The University of Portland, earning both BS and MBA degrees in Finance and Accounting. Diana specializes in business accounting practices, business appraisals and brokering, operational and management consulting, and turn-around facilitation and planning, primarily in the state of Oregon.
