Mr. Freeman has held Senior Management level positions at Bank of America, ITT, GMAC and GE Capital. Having served on acquisition teams of Bank of America, GMAC and having personally bought, built and sold several business, Mr. Freeman brings his extensive personal, corporate experience and expertise to the purchase and sale of middle market business interests.
