Kate Vriner is a Dayton business broker of the well-known Sunbelt - Miami Valley business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dayton, OH and nearest regions. Since April 2016, Kate Vriner has been a certified business broker working for Sunbelt Business Advisors of Southwest Ohio. Prior to working for Sunbelt Business Advisors, Kate graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor of science in organizational leadership. Immediately after graduation, she began working for CH Robinson, a third party logistics company, in Chicago. As a sales representative and account manager, her responsibilities were to perform in-depth analysis identifying opportunities for improvement and sales trends as well as customizing solutions to meet their customers' needs. By building strong relationships with her customers, she was able to develop strategies that were mutually beneficial which resulted in increased revenue and volume. In 2012, Kate moved back to Dayton and began working for Dayton Freight Lines as a national account pricing analyst. Again, she was tasked with analyzing the profitability of their current customers as well as future customers. By developing relationships with her internal and external customers, she was able to negotiate pricing terms that were agreeable to both parties. As a broker, Kate works with clients to facilitate the buying and/or selling of a business. She guides them through the development of a thorough exit strategy from the business evaluation to the transition of ownership. She is committed to sharing her expertise with the greater Miami Valley community.
