Chuck Joseph is a business broker of the well-known Routh-Hurlbert Real Estate business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in OH and nearest regions. Chuck Joseph, originally from Salem, Ohio, attended Youngstown State University earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Began working directly out of college with the Packard Electric Division of General Motors (now part of Delphi). His last position with Delphi was Packard's Global Facilities Manager. He earned an Executive MBA from Kent State University in 1994 and retired from Delphi with 31 years experience. Chuck passed the state required licensing test in April of 2002, and after a brief time with Century21, decided to utilize his Delphi experience in facilities management and leasing by joining Routh-Hurlbert and working in the Industrial/Commercial side of real estate. Chuck's business experience, plus his CCIM education and Broker's designation, has been helpful in assisting his clients with real estate matters.
