Joe Wojtowicz is a business broker of the well-known Murphy Business & Financial Corporation business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in OH and nearest regions. Joe has over 40+ years experience in the lending industry, 36 of which were with national lenders. He started doing U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) lending in the early 1980’s and specializes in SBA business acquisition financing. In early 2009, he formed his own SBA Loan consulting, packaging and placement firm, BizLoanFunding.com, to assist individual small businesses nationwide to obtain SBA financing utilizing his experience and personal contact network of SBA lenders he’s developed over the years and he has been very successful in arranging SBA financing for his clients. Joe also works as an independent SBA loan consultant for community banks in the region. Joe is a native of western Pennsylvania and graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Economics and Business. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Western Pennsylvania Association of SBA-Guaranteed Lenders (WPASGL), and is a long-time member of the Ohio Business Brokers Association (OBBA) and the Council of Small Enterprises (COSE).
