Rick O'Bey is a Cornelius business broker of the well-known Sunbelt - Charlotte business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Cornelius, NC and nearest regions. Mr. O'Bey has over 30 years experience in business management, mergers and acquisitions. He has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Syracuse University. During his career Rick has worked as an Engineering Manager, Product Manager, General Manager and President. he founded a company that became one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in America. He has worked with a variety of business financing alternatives including venture capital, bank and SBA. Mr. O’Bey has owned and operated a Sunbelt office in eastern North Carolina since 2002 and is working with both his office team and the Charlotte office team to achieve results for his clients. He has participated in over one hundred business sales transactions and spends much of his time on mid-market transactions in various industries with a particular interest in technology companies. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), a licensed Real Estate Broker and is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).
