Jason Somerville is a Charlotte business broker of the well-known Providium Group business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Charlotte, NC and nearest regions. Jason is a North Carolina who began a career in investment banking in Chicago with Bank of America. In 2002, Jason left BofA to manage the Capital Markets team at Bayview Financial, a private investment group in Miami, where he continued until 2008. In 2008, Jason left investment banking to pursue investing in small business assets with his personal capital. From 2008 through the summer of 2016, Jason started and/or acquired multiple small business and recently sold two of his primary holdings. In October of 2016, Jason became a Co-founder and Managing Partner at Providium Group and Providium Partners. Providium Group is a private equity effort focused on the acquisition of small business assets. Providium Partners is an M& A Advisory firm focused on assisting small business owners with capital markets transactions including mergers and acquisitions, growth capital, debt financing, management buy-outs, and private placements.
