Joan Loch is a business broker of the well-known Momentum Companies business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NC and nearest regions. Joan made a decision in early 2017 to work with a great friend and real estate professional, Terry Espy, and join her company Momentum Companies, as a commercial real estate broker. Previously she owned a consulting company specializing in helping small businesses, Market Resource One, in Wilmington to plan, expand and market themselves. Her marketing career spans 30 years with expertise in project management, process development and product marketing. Among her clients were, Dow Jones Business Information Systems, Curtis Young, EG&G Electrochemical Instruments working with them to build their process development plans and managing projects across internal teams. Joan is specializing in assisting businesses sell for the firm since her background provides experience to help lead the seller to realize the best outcome.
