Michael Dukhovny is a business broker of the well-known United National Realty business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NY and nearest regions. Ever since he was a child, Michael Dukhovny has always had the spirit and drive of a leader. His schooling and prior job and entrepreneurial experiences helped instill in him the mindset of a highly successful businessman. Upon first getting his real estate license, Michael briefly worked at Coldwell Banker and Infinity Brokerage. Soon he broke away to open up his own high-profile real estate company in Staten Island: ReMax United. After many successful years with the franchise, Michael wanted to broaden his horizons and real estate endeavors so he started United National Realty, a company specializing in residential real estate, commercial real estate, business sales, and corporate leasing all throughout the five boroughs of New York City and the Poconos (and still growing!). After more than 15 years of diligent work and more than $600 million dollars worth of sales, Michael Dukhovny still remains true to the pillars upon which he founded United National Realty: honesty and professionalism. He serves on the Staten Island Board of Realtors and is an active member of his community. Michael believes in establishing a personal connection with each of his clients so that it can be built into a relationship for life. He understands that each transaction is as unique as the people involved. Fluent in both English and Russian, he is highly respected amongst his peers, associates, and clients.
