Susan Walter is a business broker of the well-known Capital Business Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NY and nearest regions. As a business intermediary with Capital Business Advisors Inc., Susan’s contribution is the union of experience and passion to help people and businesses move forward to obtain desired goals and results. Growing up in a family business, Susan learned the values of hard work and integrity which continues to epitomize her work ethic today. Susan purchased the first Home Instead Senior Care franchise in the Capital Region. As the franchise owner, she was introduced to new people, big ideas and concepts that helped to shape the person she is today. Susan successfully operated her franchise for thirteen years and subsequently sold the company in 2012. She has a unique perspective and background in operating a successful business as well as navigating the waters of selling a business. Susan earned a B.A. in Business Management from Hartwick College and an M.B.A from Widener University. Susan is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and holds a real estate license in New York State.
