Giacomo Reggente is a business broker of the well-known Axon Real Estate business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NJ and nearest regions. Born in Brazil and educated both in Europe and America, Giacomo is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Giacomo attended North East Catholic High School for Boys in Philadelphia where he received a strong foundation in the principles of leadership and the service of others instilled in him by the Oblates of Saint Francis De Sales. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts Majoring in Music Performance. The required discipline, rigorous rehearsal and his consistent strive for excellence and perfection in performance is directly translated to his focus and dedication in not only meeting but exceeding client’s goals and objectives. Before founding Axon Real Estate, LLC, Giacomo served as Broker Supervisor, Branch Manager for Reeves and Melvin during the past seven years, was Broker of Record for Rose Commercial of Atlantic County serving the needs of clients in the commercial real estate arena, and previously as Broker Supervisor/ Branch Manager for Coldwell Banker in Medford along with being Regional Recruiting Director for the company. While there, Giacomo was responsible for sales training and business development of award winning sales associates under his auspices. Along with meeting the day to day demands of running the company’s most profitable office with the highest per agent productivity, he authored and participated in many of the company’s training lectures, workshops, and seminars. Now with Axon Real Estate in Woodstown, Giacomo has branched out on his own as Managing Partner and continues to serve his clients needs in many facets of the real estate market including; Business Brokerage, Landlord & Tenant representation in both Commercial & Residential leases, Buyer Brokerage Representation including procurement for buyers. His key role is as; consultant, negotiator, and overseer of the many details of a Real Estate and Business Brokerage transaction while representing client’s interests. Giacomo understands that nothing happens without trust. Trust is never assumed nor is it freely given. It must be earned. Giacomo currently lives in Woodstown and is blessed with a wife and two sons, Niccolo a Ph.D. candidate at UCLA, and Julian a senior at Woodstown High School. Giacomo enjoys reading books, composing music, and is a lifelong Aikido practitioner and instructor.
