Business Sales; Director of M&A Division, Business Transition Strategies. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) I have special training to assist in transition advisory engagements to help owners prepare for sale, and their life after business. My first career was in daily newspapers, as both an editor and general manager.
