Les Eisinga is a business broker of the well-known Northcap Commercial business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NV and nearest regions. Senior Vice President, Commercial Division Les Eisinga, Vice President of Northcap’s commercial brokerage, specializes in land, gas stations, car washes, liquor stores, taverns, shopping centers, and single tenant investments. He has been involved with the sale and leasing of more than 55+ gaming and petroleum related assets and more than 50+ land transactions valued in excess of $150 mm. Over the past few years, Les has continued as one of the most active commercial brokers in the market despite the downturn. He has strong relationships with lenders, suppliers, operators, investors, and appraisers alike. Furthermore, in recent years he has facilitated the sale of complicated bank-owned and FDIC transactions, representing both banks and buyers. Before joining Northcap, Les was a real estate broker/salesman for NAI Horizon, a commercial real estate brokerage. In 2005, he was appointed Financial Analyst for all analytical aspects of gaming and petroleum related assets including gas stations, convenience stores, car wash properties, liquor stores and taverns. Les holds dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
