Kathy Wilson is a business broker of the well-known Berkshire Hathaway Home Services business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NV and nearest regions. A Little About Me.... My career in real estate began after I sold my restaurant, Sonny's Italian Pizza & Pasta. I focused on mergers and acquisitions or in the "trade" became a business broker. I recognized the importance of working with a "pro" and knew how important it was to work with someone who could really manage expectations! I consider myself qualified to say that attention to detail, an ability to work with many diverse people and stay focused on the task at hand/perseverance are my better qualities. I enjoy helping people sell their property or search for and find the right home/property for their needs. There is no search too difficult for me and my previous experience in law enforcement and governmental relations provides my clients with the edge they need in today's market. Married to a wonderful man, Keith Sietsema who sells building materials in the Reno-Sparks area. Between the two of us, we know market trends and work to stay ahead of the curve for you. We have a great blended family of 2 grown sons and a grown daughter. I love to ski, golf, fly fish, ride bicycles, walk, and act in community theater.
