My wife and I had both retired from 20 years each in the Bank Management which included running Banks and Mortgage Companies. This was great experience and prepared us nicely to evolve to a Real Estate Company of our own. Park Place Realty's specialties include locating "Park-Like Properties" referred to as Recreational Properties, Water Front and Water View Properties, Farms and Ranches for Early Retirees Hobby Farms, Working Farms and Ranches for a Serious Money Making Operation, Large amd Medium Sized Wooded Properties and Hunting Leases, Part Open - Part Wooded Tracts, and Unique Residences located in Unique Places. Our intent was and still is locating the Best Properties the Southern Missouri and North Arkansas Ozarks has to offer. The Counties we service the most are Ozark, Douglas, Taney, Christian, Texas, and Wright Counties in Missouri and Baxter, Fulton, Marion Counties in Arkansas.
