Scott Ruby is a business broker of the well-known We Sell Restaurants business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in MN and nearest regions. Scott Ruby is the Franchise Partner for We Sell Restaurants Minneapolis/St. Paul. From a very early age, Scott sought out experience and inside knowledge of the restaurant business. His first job at age 14 was in a restaurant in his hometown of Sioux City, Iowa. Over the years his experiences expanded to include positions in both the front and back of the house, gaining first-hand knowledge of day to day operations and restaurant culture. Scott’s Food and Beverage industry experience evolved during his years in specialty restaurant management and as a Food and Beverage Director in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scott’s experiences in the Vegas food and beverage mecca included the opportunity to be a key player on the grand opening team at the House of Blues, Mandalay Bay property, manage the House of Blues restaurant and in later years, he was recruited by Station Casinos. In his tenure with Station Casinos as a Food and Beverage Director he was fortunate again to see expansion in opening both Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch. In recent years Scott’s professional experience has been focused on operations, sales and marketing. Having worked with the BNSF Railway, a fortune 100 company he served to grow and develop their market share. Scott was honored to be chosen as employee of the year with this company thanks to his commitment to customer service and company culture. Scott, his wife and their three children call Elk River, Minnesota home and can be found enjoying water recreation on the lakes in the summer and following local youth teams, supporting the kids’ passions during the fall, winter and spring seasons. Scott is a member of the Minnesota Restaurant Association, and the Minnesota Liquor Beverage Association. Scott is also designated as a Certified Restaurant Broker, one of the select few in the nation.
