Rick Randall is a business broker of the well-known Lighthouse Realty business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in MI and nearest regions. Rick has lived and worked in Mason County since 1985 and has been directly involved in numerous facets of the local real estate industry for the past 25 years. Rick and his wife, Mary Ann, live in a condominium in downtown Ludington, and often spend weekends and vacation time at their cottage on Emerson Lake in eastern Mason County. As an attorney since 1986, Rick built a legal practice specializing in real estate law and has represented hundreds of residential buyers and sellers. His legal practice also included representing business clients in buying and selling of numerous commercial properties ranging in size from small family owned businesses to large national franchises. In 1996, Rick acquired a small Ludington title insurance business and built it into the region's largest and most respected title insurance and real estate closing company with additional offices in Manistee and Baldwin. As owner and manager of a rapidly growing business, Rick learned the art of selling and marketing while also earning an outstanding reputation for integrity and honesty. When Rick retired from the title business in 2006, he became one of the founding partners in Lighthouse Realty, and is now doing what he enjoys most -- he is utilizing his extensive knowledge of residential and commercial real estate to bring buyers and sellers together.
