Dawn Brotzman is a business broker of the well-known Business & Commercial Ventures business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in MD and nearest regions. Part of BCV Commercial Realty for the past nine years as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate & Administrative Office Manager. She works closely with the BCV team to get the job done! She is in charge of advertising and marketing of all our business and commercial real estate listings. She is motivated, reliable, and very successful in fulfilling her client's business goals. Previous to B&CV, she had worked three years in upstate NY as a Canadian Transportation Specialist with a brokerage firm and Border Patrol.
