Charlene Weinstein is a business broker of the well-known Charlene'S Coastal Properties business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in ME and nearest regions. Charlene has over 25 years experience in marketing & selling coastal ocean front real estate from Kittery to Bar Harbor, but now focus more on York and Cumberland County. She has owned and operated restaurants & motels giving her the edge in specializing in the hospitality industry. Charlene has also been involved in a number of new condo developments, most recently completed a 53 cottage style condo development in Old Orchard Beach, and motel to condo conversions. Just recently moved into our new office, conveniently located at the entrance to Old Orchard Beach.
