Mike Cobb is a business broker of the well-known Cardente Real Estate business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in ME and nearest regions. Mike has been a licensed real estate professional in the state of Maine since 2007. He has extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development. Since joining CRE in spring of 2013, Mike has successfully brokered negotiations in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. His previous experience in the residential sector also translates well to multi-family and mixed-use investment properties. In March of 2015, Mike was made Partner at Cardente Real estate. His experience and expertise in sale/lease negotiations, property valuation, landlord/tenant representation, and site selection all play a part in navigating the path to a successful transaction. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In his early years, Mike attended Cheverus high school and developed strong networking ties to the Portland, Maine community, where he currently resides. He maintains strong relationships with both alma maters. Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also an active board member of The Portland Club.
