Matthew Cardente has practiced commercial brokerage for sixteen years in the State of Maine and for ten years in the State of New Hampshire. A CCIM Candidate, Mr. Cardente specializes in Commercial Investment sales & portfolio acquisitions, 1031 Exchanges, Tenant Representation for national and regional franchises, and the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Northern New England. After working for CBRE, The Boulos Company for five years, Matthew started Cardente Real Estate in 2005. Celebrating it's ten-year anniversary in 2015, CRE has become one of the leading commercial firms in Northern New England with a team of seven highly skilled commercial brokers. From 2009-2010, Mr. Cardente was the President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and in years prior, Matthew was the Vice President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, on the MCAR Board of Directors, and was one of the original Board Members for the New Commercial Property Exchange. In 2008, Mr. Cardente was voted Maine Commercial Realtor of the Year. In the past, Matthew has volunteered as a mentor for the Longfellow School in Portland, as a Wish Volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and was member of the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals.
