Mark Sandler is a business broker of the well-known Cardente Real Estate business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in ME and nearest regions. Mark Sandler is a University of Tampa graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Cardente Real Estate, Mr. Sandler was the President of Sandler Brothers; a family owned food distribution company that was established in Maine in 1929. Mark sold his successful company to a new corporation and continued on in a management role for several years. Mark then decided to pursue his passion for commercial real estate. Mr. Sandler specializes in investment sales and the leasing and sale of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and land. Mark is a certified Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. Mark is a lifelong resident of the Portland area.
