Mr. Kapp’s business valuation and litigation support services have been rendered for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to family law matters, business damages, buy-sell agreements, shareholder litigation, estate and gift tax matters, buying and selling businesses and breach of contract. Representation in litigation has included plaintiff, defendant, mutual and court-appointed neutral. Prior to forming Allston Advisory Group, LLC, Mr. Kapp served as Senior Managing Director of bCatalyst Advisors, LLC, a regional investment banking firm providing merger & acquisition, valuation and financial advisory services to the middle-market. Prior to this, Mr. Kapp had a 35 year career in public accounting; 29 years leading the firm he founded. Ken received his BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Insolvency Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
