Hamada Ibrahim is a business broker of the well-known H S I Commercial Group business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in IN and nearest regions. My journey began when I started in the Restaurant business in 1980. Three years later obtained my degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Purdue University. In 1986-2011 opened my first restaurant, Midtown Grill and Club 816 on Broad ripple Ave. In 1988-2005 opened Broad ripple Steak House and the Upper Room Cigar Bar. In 1997-2005 LuLu's Restaurant and Cocktails became the most popular food and drinks place in the city, located at Keystone at the Crossing. In 1999-2003 I also opened Googies Gourmet Hamburgers. In 2004-2010 started in the brokerage and leasing industry with Urbanspace Commercial Properties. In 2011 joined leasing industry R.P. Lux Commercial Real Estate Services. My expertise in the industry helps my clients understand the process and expectations of the Hospitality Industry. From site selection to concept development, my background speaks for itself in assisting my clients through the process.
