About
Peter Cotsirilos is a business broker of the well-known Keller Williams business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in IL and nearest regions. Peter Cotsirilos has more than 25 years of expertise in owning and managing retail grocery stores and shopping centers in the Chicago area. Peter’s clients at National Realty Network benefit from his experience as both a tenant and a landlord, and his ability to represent buyers and sellers in investment transactions. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin. After this, he successfully managed a 25,000 square foot independent supermarket, later becoming one of its owners. Peter so enjoyed the real estate aspects of this position that he also began to lease and manage more than 100,000 square feet of retail space. Peter decided to sell his retail store and make the transition into commercial real estate. He worked for Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate for five years and became a top producer for that organization by representing clients for the leasing and selling of multi million dollar properties. Peter left Coldwell Banker Commercial to work with National Realty Network, where he is successfully doing business today. In addition to holding the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Peter holds an Illinois real estate broker’s license and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Realtors and is a board member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR) and the Illinois chapter of CCIM. Peter also sits on the board of Alternative Behavioral Treatment Centers, a not-for-profit organization helping abused and underprivileged children.
