They have been in the Real Estate Business for 30 years doing Business brokerage, Commercial and Residential Real Estate. There full focus is now on Business Brokerage working with Business Owners is what they enjoy doing. Mr. Schwarz is a member of many organizations such as CCIM. BBF, GTAR and sits and a committee of the Tampa Bay Ass. of Realtors. Mr. Schwarz is also a County Certified Mediator volunteering his time helping people work out there differences . Miss Baskin is a Business Accountant and has serviced on many Boards thru the years.
