Brian Carter is a business broker of the well-known Majestic Properties business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in FL and nearest regions. Brian Carter, P.A. is a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales with Douglas Elliman Commercial | Real Estate which acquired Majestic Properties, Inc., where Mr. Carter had worked previously. Additionally he formerly served over 18 months as a Managing Broker of Douglas Elliman Florida, LLC conducting sales and recruiting prior to joining Majestic Properties. In the business since 2002, Mr. Carter's real estate career encompasses selling residential and commercial properties in South Florida as well as managing Pre-construction and Conversion Projects. In addition to his real estate achievements, Mr. Carter brings a decade of financial, managerial, and technical experiences with the following companies: Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Activated Communications, BC Properties, Meridian Capital Markets, and M&I Banking Corporation & M&I Brokerage-services. His professional experience selling preconstruction and condo-conversions comes from closing over 500 + units both individually and via managing sales teams over eight years. These projects include the Baylofts Condominiums, the Flats at Morningside, La Piazza Navona, Waters Edge at Deerfield, Hidden Waters Condominiums, and recently Altos De Miami. At Altos de Miami, Brian Carter, P.A. and his team leased up the 56 remaining units and marketed and resold 50% of the inventory in a down market at competitive retail prices after brokering the sale as a fractured condo development. His market-focus covers from south of Aventura though Coral Gables and Coconut Grove with emphasis in the hot Performing Arts District, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach and Upper East-side residential communities. Besides closing condos and home for both home owners and investors, Mr. Carter, has sold multiple land-development sites and multi-family apartment buildings to investors. Mr. Carter holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelors of Science in Management from Truman State University. At both universities he was hired by their housing programs as an Assistant Hall Director managing hall(s) and directing programming for over 400 students with each campus. Currently, Mr. Carter holds membership or is a part of the following: Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Pillar Board Member Lectric Beach Tanning, Board Member Preserve Town Home Condominiums, President of the Board Mount Sinai Medical Center.
