I currently work with an outside third-party business valuation firm if you want to obtain a business valuation. You can use the business valuation to help you establish your selling price, use it for estate planning purposes, or for tax and divorce situations. Our preference is to work with sellers to help you with the sale of your business. This allows us to properly prepare the business for market. We also follow a proven process for selling your business. This allows us to manage the selling process and get to the closing table. We also work with buyers. We look for listed opportunities or perform a detailed thorough search. A comprehensive search is a fee based service.
