Lou Vescio is a Melbourne business broker of the well-known Coastal Business Intermediaries business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Melbourne, FL and nearest regions. Lou Vescio is the principal broker for Coastal Business Intermediaries, Inc. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and certified Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI). Lou is also an instructor for the IBBA in the area of business pricing and has been quoted in numerous publications including the New York Times. Lou is a veteran aviator and spent more than 20 years flying F-4s and C-141's in active duty and the reserves for the U.S. Air Force. He joined Texas Instruments in 1977, and worked in a variety of managerial positions to include manufacturing engineering, production control, operations analysis and product marketing. When he left the company in 1992, he was a Marketing Director for the Defense Electronics Group. Lou then started Futurekids of Virginia Beach, a franchised computer training business, and grew it to one of the top five franchises in the country within the first year. He also worked as a Regional Director for the franchise, training new franchisees in the operation of the business. In 1997, Lou was a cofounder of ICTS, Inc., a high end computer training business. This business grew to $11.5 million in sales in the next five years. Lou sold the Futurekids franchise in 2000 and his interest in ICTS in 2001. After a brief retirement, Lou began employment as a Business Broker with Ferrari Sunbelt Business Brokers in Florida. During his first year, he was the top sales associate out of the five offices in the Ferrari Sunbelt Group in Central Florida. He then licensed two Sunbelt territories from Ferrari Sunbelt and was the Licensed Broker for his business serving the Space and Treasure Coasts of Florida. In 2006, Lou also was recognized as one of the "top fifty" Brokers in the Sunbelt Business Brokerage Network, which is comprised of more than 300 offices throughout the U.S. and 25 foreign countries. In 2009, Lou established Coastal Business Intermediaries, Inc. and Agency Brokerage Consultants to provide more specialized services to his clients. Both companies utilize a team of brokers that work with each client to provide maximum attention and service for each sell side engagement.
