Charlotte Barron is a Aventura business broker of the well-known Beachfront Reatly business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Aventura, FL and nearest regions. I started my real estate career in Manhattan more than twenty years ago working for a developer. An opportunity brought me to South Beach and I ventured into food and beverage owning a number of very successful restaurants and nightclubs. After retiring from that industry I went back to real estate starting first in mortgages and then real estate sales. Today I concentrate on commercial deals with individuals, corporations and funds and work on many on and off market properties as well as business sales. Having bought and sold many businesses for myself I am very comfortable representing both sides of the deal. I can advise Chinese clients on applying for immigration visa with purchasing a business. I work with many Chinese clients both locally and in China. I travel to China often and welcome friends in China advising them on buying properties in the United States. I also advise on buying residential properties and how to acquire foreign national loans if needed. I speak, read and write fluent Chinese and English and having lived in this country as well as in England and Hong Kong, am a great Ambassador to the beautiful city of Miami and Southern Florida!
