Sean Quasem is a New Haven business broker of the well-known Woodbridge International business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in New Haven, CT and nearest regions. Mr. Quasem joined Woodbridge International in April 2016 and brings 28 years of professional experience to the firm. He has been an investment banker for the past 16 years, providing sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and capital raise advisory services to public and private company clients in various industries. Mr. Quasem was recently a Director at GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, where he executed M&A, capital raise and 363 bankruptcy sale transactions. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at the investment banking firm of D. A. Davidson & Co. (formerly McGladrey Capital Markets), where he was a senior banker in the Infrastructure practice group and focused on businesses in the A/E/C (architecture, engineering and construction), construction materials, building products, construction and mining equipment, and water and wastewater industries. He also advised many domestic and international clients in consumer products, industrial manufacturing, energy services, aerospace & defense and government services industries. Mr. Quasem is an expert in deal execution, and has closed 30 domestic and international M&A and leveraged recapitalization transactions with deal sizes ranging from $5 million to more than $150 million.Before coming into investment banking, Mr. Quasem worked as a civil engineer for 12 years with Earth Tech, Inc. (now a part of AECOM) and Church Engineering, Inc. (now a part of W. S. Atkins), where he led engineering teams in project feasibility analysis, design development and preparation of construction documents in the solid waste and land development fields, and managed construction quality assurance (CQA) projects.Mr. Quasem received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in management and finance from the University of California Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He holds the FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses, and is a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil PE) in the state of California.
