Lawrence Siebert is a New Haven business broker of the well-known Woodbridge International business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in New Haven, CT and nearest regions. Larry Siebert has broad experience in advising, acquiring, financing and leading small and middle-market private and public manufacturing, distribution and medical technology businesses.From 2002-2014, he was Chairman and CEO of Chembio Diagnostics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEMI), a company that he took from being a privately held venture-backed start-up to becoming a leading global point-of-care diagnostics company listed on NASDAQ.Previously Mr. Siebert spent 10 years doing mergers & acquisitions advisory and private placements work with Siebert Associates LLC and Siebert Capital Corp. Mr. Siebert began his professional career, from 1981-1991, with Stanwich Partners Inc., a merchant bank that financed and acquired established middle market manufacturing and distribution businesses.Larry is a licensed attorney and a member of the Connecticut bar. He holds a JD from The Case Western University School of Law and a BA with Distinction from the University of Connecticut.
