Kyle Richard is a New Haven business broker of the well-known Woodbridge International business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in New Haven, CT and nearest regions. Kyle oversees Woodbridge’s underwriting process (due diligence), a component of every sell-side transaction. Clients benefit from Kyle’s comprehensive background in financial consulting for private equity and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle served as a manager at CohnReznick, LLP, a leading U.S. accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle specialized in transactional due diligence and litigation support services, including investigative/forensic accounting and valuation services. Kyle is a member of the CT Turnaround Management Association. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an Accredited in Business Valuation Designation (ABV), and earned his Accounting degree from University of Connecticut.
