Started in real estate in 1971. Built up to a 52 agent office and added the COLDWELL BANKER franchise as the first in the state of CT. Sold the residential brokerage company in 2004 and opened LITCHFIELD COUNTY COMMERCIAL which is a "pure-play" commercial/industrial brokerage company. We are well known throughout Litchfield County with our main office in Torrington, CT. We have three agents doing ONLY commercial / industrial selling & leasing plus sales of businesses.
