Mr. Russo received his Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Johnson and Wales College, Providence, Rhode Island and has over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry. He served as Operational Manager of The Town Squire Restaurant (Hartford), as Food and Beverage Manager at La Renaissance (East Windsor), and Assistant Manager of The Blacksmith Tavern (Glastonbury). He recently spent six years as Owner/Operator of the highly successful Jonathan's Lakeside Restaurant in Windsor. Mr. Russo, an experienced chef as well as manager, will work closely with Sellers and Buyers, utilizing his overall technical restaurant talents.
