Michele Owen is a business broker of the well-known Sterling Homes business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CO and nearest regions. Born and raised in Sterling Colorado, I have been licensed for 20 years and specialize in the Northeast corner of the State. I specialize in Residential, Commercial, Land and Property Management. I hold designations in GRI and CRS. I have obtain recognition in the 100% Club with RE/Max since joining over 16 years old. I manage approximately 280 rental units for many property owners and hundreds of tenant. I enjoy coordinating all aspects involved in working with all types of people and situations.
