Brian Conaway is a business broker of the well-known Colorado Business Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CO and nearest regions. I did my 25 years in corporate America, working in start-us to Fortune 500s. I am an engineer with 50+ patents, an MBA, and a Colorado real estate license. After working for the largest business broker in the front range for a few years, I realized a few things about myself and what was wrong with the business of business brokerage: I thrive on helping people (usually sellers) through the process of deciding when to sell (for both financial and lifestyle reasons), attracting the RIGHT buyers, and closing with terms that work for both parties. Getting to know hundreds of business owners, most told me they think about selling all the time, but struggle with the "when," "why," "to who," and for how much. Most wanted a fast & confidential sale to a qualified buyer who will pick up where they left off, Someone who has the passion, skill & capital required to grow and strengthen the business. What they HATED was the high-pressure brokers who told them they had a buyer interested in buying their business. I learned I actually prefer to work with business owners BEFORE they are "sellers." And thesis where I set myself apart. I work with owners from weeks to years before they actually decide to sell. No matter where you are in the process I can help, and I only get paid when you get paid, at the close of the sale.
