WE ARE A TRANSACTION BROKERAGE: Here at Affiliated Business Brokers we work as “Transaction Brokers.” As Transaction Brokers we assist both the business buyer and the seller throughout the process with information, negotiations, and contracting. Our competitors are sellers agents and have a fiduciary i.e., they are only working for the seller’s best interest. OWNERSHIP OF OUR OWN PERSONAL BUSINESSES Each of our Brokers has owned at least one of their own businesses. We use this real life experience to act as business consultants to each buyer and seller. A COMBINED EXPERIENCE OF 22 YEARS Our combined experience of 22 years will assist our clients, as we negotiate between buyers and sellers, and make every effort possible to create a good working relationship during, and more importantly, after the sale. Our brokers also assist buyers with bank loans and seller carry-back financing.
